I have worked in the customer care and sales field for over 30 years. As an Omaha, NE native, I worked for various companies in the retail world, performing different levels of sales, training and development, and leadership. I also served almost 10 years with the Army National Guard, which included a tour overseas during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Starting in 2011, I moved into the insurance world and have worked as an independent agent since 2013. I feel very blessed to have been able to help so many families over the years with their health, life, and retirement planning. As an independent agent, I am able to contract with companies other agents or brokers don't have access to. As someone who is dedicated to his clients and business, I strive for a “Same day or next day” policy when corresponding with my clients. In most cases they can often reach me directly to answer questions or resolve concerns, without having to wait on hold with some 1-800 number.
