Refund Policy

Insurance Storefronts does not offer refunds.

All payments — monthly subscriptions, plan upgrades, and add-ons — are non-refundable. By subscribing, you agree to this policy.

Plans are billed month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges. Because of that flexibility, we don't issue refunds, credits, or partial-month adjustments for time you didn't use after cancellation.

01 Why no refunds

Our subscriptions are designed to give you control over your billing without locking you in:

  • Month-to-month. Every paid plan is billed one month at a time.
  • Cancel anytime. Stop your subscription from your dashboard in seconds — no calls, no fees, no support tickets required.
  • You keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
  • No surprise charges. Once you cancel, you'll never be billed again.

Because you control when billing stops, you're never paying for time you don't want to use.

02 How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription anytime:

  • From your dashboard: visit your billing settings and click "Cancel subscription."
  • By email: contact contact@insurancestorefronts.com from the email address on your account.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then.

03 Failed charges & chargebacks

If a recurring payment fails, we'll retry the charge automatically for a short period and notify you by email. Continued failure may result in suspension of paid features until billing is resolved.

If you dispute a charge with your card issuer instead of contacting us first, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We're almost always able to sort billing issues out faster directly — please reach out before opening a dispute.

04 Exceptions

The only situation where we'll issue a refund is a verified billing error on our side — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a cancellation was confirmed. In those cases, contact us with the relevant details and we'll make it right.

05 Free plan

Our Free Account is free forever and has nothing to refund. You can stay on it for as long as you like and upgrade to a paid plan whenever you're ready.

06 Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above always reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.

07 Governing law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and should be read alongside our Terms of Service.
