What's inside the prospect profile modal?
Click any card or table row and the prospect modal opens with five tabs:
- Contact — name, phone, email, mailing address. Edit any field and hit Save.
- Pipeline — current stage plus the history of stage changes.
- Insurance — one section per insurance type the prospect is interested in (Personal, Business, Life & Annuities, Medicare), with per-type fields like age, gender, smoker, industry, coverage.
- Notes — general-purpose notes attached to the prospect.
- Other Info — detected device location, browser, referring domain, landing page, every page visit, and a distribution log of when/where the lead was sent.
How do general notes differ from coverage-specific notes?
Notes you add on the Notes tab are general — they apply to the prospect as a whole and aren't tied to any insurance line.
Notes you add inside a specific section on the Insurance tab (e.g. the Medicare section's note field) are scoped to that line of business. They show up only when that insurance type's section is open and they survive even if you re-check or uncheck other insurance types.
Can I track multiple insurance types on one prospect?
Yes. On the Insurance tab, check every type the prospect is shopping for — Personal, Business, Life & Annuities, Medicare — and a dedicated section opens for each one with the relevant fields (coverage, age, exam, smoker, industry, employees, year started, etc.).
Each section saves independently, and per-section notes stay attached to that line of business.
What information lives on the Other Info tab?
It's everything the system silently captured about the lead's session — useful for qualifying or for piecing together a story:
- Detected Location — IP-derived city, county, state, and zip (often differs from what they typed)
- Device Details — device type, browser, screen resolution
- Distribution — every time we sent this lead to you (or to a teammate), with timestamp
- Interactions — referring domain, landing page, and every page they visited on your site before submitting
What happens when I edit a prospect's name, phone, or email?
Edits on the Contact tab overwrite the saved values on the next Save — the name is split back into first / last, the phone and email replace the existing primary contact rows for those types, and the address updates the prospect's primary mailing address.
Original values are not versioned. If you need a paper trail of changes, drop a note on the Notes tab before you edit.
What does the "Delete All" button do that "Delete" does not?
Delete removes the prospect from your Lead Management — pipeline card, contacts, addresses, insurance rows, notes, tracking and appointments all go.
Delete All does everything Delete does and also wipes the original source record — the Marketing Profile match, the Quote Engine submission, or the Website Form answer that created this lead. Use it only when you want every trace of the prospect removed.
