What lead sources does the system track?

Four buckets, shown as the four KPI tiles at the top of the Lead Management page:

  • Marketing Profile — leads matched to you from consumer searches and blog rotations (Marketing Profile / Platinum subscribers).
  • Quote Engines — submissions from any of your Term, FEX, Medicare, ACA, or Dental quote widgets.
  • Website Forms — submissions from contact forms or custom lead-capture forms on your hosted website.
  • Agent Added — manually added prospects and CSV-imported leads.

How do I tell which quote engine a specific lead came from?

Open the prospect — the source widget is shown in the modal header, and the Other Info tab carries the referring domain, the landing page URL, and the full list of pages they visited on your site before submitting.

On the pipeline cards, the colored source dot (emerald for Quote Engine, indigo for Marketing Profile, etc.) plus the source label give you the high-level source at a glance.

What is the "Detected Location" on the Other Info tab?

It's the city, county, state, and zip we derived from the lead's IP address at submission time. It often differs from the zip they typed into the form — useful as a sanity check when a quote address looks off, or when you're qualifying someone for a state-licensed product.

Can I track what a lead clicked on my site before they submitted?

Yes — for leads who came in through a quote engine or website form. The Other Info tab's Interactions section shows every page they visited (title, URL, and timestamp) along with the referring domain that originally brought them.

It's a quick way to see whether they hit your About page, a specific product page, or jumped straight to the quote — useful color before the first call.

How do I filter the lead list by source?

Use the Filters dropdown on the Lead Management toolbar — the Originated From field lets you isolate Marketing Profile, Quote Engine, Insurance Website Form, Manually Added, or Agent Imported leads.

The filter applies to both the Pipeline and the Table view at the same time, and the active filter shows up as a removable chip below the toolbar.
