Latest Form Submissions

It's the Latest form submissions table on the Latest Leads tab — your 10 most recent custom-form submissions from the website you built with us.

Each row shows which form was submitted and when. These are separate from quote-engine leads, which live in the table above.

The 10 most recent. For your full submission history across every form, click Manage forms at the bottom of the table.

Two quick actions per row.

• View (blue info button) — opens a modal showing every field the consumer filled out.
• Delete (red trash button) — permanently removes the submission. You'll be asked to confirm; there's no undo.
