Existing subscriptions still show internally as Dedicated Plan in Stripe and on legacy invoices; that's expected and doesn't affect anything.

No. Your subscription continues uninterrupted under the new Platinum Agent branding. The Billing tab will show you the current Platinum card, your invoices keep flowing, and your locked-in pricing carries over.
