What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

Monthly billing charges your card once a month at the standard rate. Yearly billing charges once a year, but at a meaningfully discounted total — effectively a few months free compared to the same plan billed monthly.

Both options give you the same features. The trade-off is cash-flow flexibility (monthly) versus long-term savings (yearly).

Can I switch from monthly to yearly without losing my subscription history?

Yes. From the Billing tab, click Switch Plan on the yearly variant of your current plan. Stripe handles the proration: you're credited for the unused portion of your current month and charged the difference to land on the yearly schedule.

What happens if I want to cancel a yearly plan mid-year?

You can cancel at any time. The plan continues until the end of your current billed period — i.e., if you paid for a full year in March and cancel in July, you keep access until the following March.

We don't issue partial refunds on yearly billing, so most agents who think they might cancel start on monthly to test.

Is there a six-month billing option?

The six-month ("half-yearly") Platinum option is a legacy plan we still honor for existing subscribers, but it's not offered to new sign-ups. New subscribers see only monthly and annual on the Billing page.

Where do I see and download my invoices?

Account Settings → Billing → Invoice history. We pull the list live from Stripe, so every charge shows up minutes after it processes. Each invoice has a Download PDF link that gives you a branded, accountant-friendly receipt.
