When will I be charged next, and for how much?
Your subscription card on the Billing tab shows both — the Next charge field displays the amount and the date side by side. The amount factors in any active promo codes, discounts, or proration credits, so what you see there is what Stripe will actually charge.
Charges happen automatically on the date shown, against the card on file. You don't need to do anything to renew.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On the Billing tab, click Cancel subscription at the bottom of your subscription card and confirm in the dialog. You don't lose access immediately — Stripe lets you ride out the cycle you've already paid for.
After cancelling, your subscription card flips to a Cancellation scheduled state and shows the exact date access ends. Up until that date, everything keeps working: leads come in, your profile stays live, your website stays up.
Once the period ends, your account drops back to a free profile.
I cancelled by mistake — can I undo it?
Yes, as long as you haven't yet reached the cancellation date. While your subscription is in the Cancellation scheduled state, the Billing tab shows a Resume subscription button on the same card. One click brings you back to active, your next charge resumes on the originally scheduled date, and nothing about your plan, card, or settings changes.
If the cancellation date has already passed, you'll need to re-subscribe from the plan picker. Your data is still here — your profile, websites, quote engines, and leads stay in place — but you'll start a fresh billing cycle.
