Why is there a cap on High Visibility per state?
The whole point of featured placement is that it's scarce. If everyone in California could be "featured," no one would be. We cap each US state at 8 active High Visibility subscribers so the spotlight actually means something for the agents who hold it.
What happens when my state is full?
The state shows as "Full" in the dropdown and you can join the waitlist. As soon as a current subscriber cancels (or their billing lapses), the slot frees up and the first person on the waitlist is notified by email with a 48-hour window to claim it.
How do I see which states still have openings?
The state dropdown on the High Visibility signup screen shows live counts — "5 of 8 taken" — for every US state. The list is built off our canonical state list, so even states with zero subscribers are visible.
What counts toward the cap?
A slot is occupied while you have an active Stripe subscription on the High Visibility plan and a state recorded on your account. If billing lapses (subscription status drops out of active), or you switch your state, the slot frees up.
Can I switch my claimed state later?
Yes. Contact support to request a state switch. We release your old slot and try to claim the new one for you — if the new state is full, we'll put you on the waitlist and keep you on your current state in the meantime, so you never lose featured placement while waiting.
