What's in the quarterly visibility report?

A PDF emailed every three months covering: total impressions across featured placement and sponsored slots, profile hits and clicks, top-performing zip codes and posts, lead and quote-request totals attributable to High Visibility surfaces, and a side-by-side comparison against the previous quarter.

It's the same data you can see piecemeal on the Analytics Dashboard — just packaged so you can hand it to a partner, a spouse, or your own records without digging.

When is the report sent?

On the first business day of each calendar quarter (January, April, July, October). It covers the quarter just ended.

If you upgrade mid-quarter, your first report will cover only the portion of the quarter you were subscribed for.

Where does the report email come from?

It's sent to your account email from noreply@insurancestorefronts.com with the subject line "Your Q[N] visibility report." If you don't see it, check spam and add that sender to your safe list.

Can I get the data more frequently than quarterly?

The Analytics Dashboard inside your account updates daily, so you can pull the same data at any time. The quarterly PDF is the only static, packaged version we ship automatically — but the live view is always there.
