What's in the monthly report?
A PDF (and an in-account dashboard) covering: rankings for the keywords we're targeting on your behalf, organic traffic to your SEO pages, new pages published that month, blog and GBP post activity, indexed-page count from Google Search Console, lead and form-submission counts from the SEO pages, and a month-over-month delta on each of the above.
The point is to make it obvious whether the program is producing — not to drown you in dashboards.
Which keywords do you track?
A combination of the high-intent local terms your pages target (e.g., "Medicare agent in [city]"), broader category terms relevant to your services, and any specific keywords you flag during intake or strategy calls. Most agents track 30–100 keywords actively.
Can I see the data live or only in the monthly report?
Live. The SEO dashboard inside your account updates throughout the month — rankings refresh weekly, traffic and lead numbers refresh daily, and new page activity is real-time. The PDF report is a static monthly summary you can save or share.
What if my rankings drop?
Drops happen — Google updates algorithms, competitors invest, seasonality hits. Your monthly report flags significant drops with context, and your quarterly strategy call covers what to do about them.
Common responses: refresh underperforming pages, shift content focus to a category that's gaining momentum, or invest in additional local pages targeting new geographies.
