What's the onboarding process?

After you subscribe, you fill out an SEO intake form covering: your brand voice, logo preference, target geographies (cities, counties, zips, radius), insurance lines you want to lead with, license details, existing site structure, and any keywords or competitors you want us to know about.

Once submitted, our team reviews the intake within 1–2 business days and kicks off page generation. The first batch typically goes live within a week.

How long is the intake form?

About 15–20 minutes if you have your business info handy. We save your progress as you go, so you can step away and come back. The intake email also includes a downloadable PDF version if you'd rather fill it out offline.

What if I already have a website with existing SEO?

Tell us during intake. We audit your current site, identify which pages should stay as-is and which would benefit from being refreshed or absorbed into the new SEO structure, and bring you in on the migration plan. We've onboarded plenty of agents with 5+ years of existing site equity and the goal is always to build on what you have, not blow it up.

Do I need to be on the Website Builder Plan?

Yes — the SEO pages are built and hosted through the Website Builder, which is included in the Platinum Agent base of this plan. If you want to host the SEO pages on a non-Insurance-Storefronts site (e.g., an existing WordPress install), contact support — we can sometimes do that but it changes the engineering setup and may affect timeline.
