IS Publishing - What is it and how does it benefit me?

IS Publishing stands for Insurance Storefronts Publishing, in which your blog posts are displayed on the public blog for consumers to find.

When posting to the public blog, only your marketing profile is displayed on your blog. We also display your blog bio at the bottom of the blog post to help the consumer understand who you are and what you can provide.

This helps generate more traffic to your marketing profile and website with prospects that can turn into future clients.

Is there a limit to how many blog post we can request to share on the public blog?

No. You can create as many blog posts as you want for the public blog. As long as you are following the guidelines needed, you are only helping yourself with credibility to potential clients.

How do I request my blog post to be published to the public blog?

When creating a blog post that is ready for publishing and meets all the requirements, set the status of the blog post to Request IS Publish.

This will notify Insurance Storefronts to review the blog. If all looks good, we will set the status to IS Published, which will immediately display the blog post to consumers.

How long does it take for my blog post to hit the public blog once requested?

We can have your blog post officially posted within hours of the request. If there are any issues, we will notify you what they are so they can quickly be tweaked if anything.

Once published, you will get a notification that your blog post has been published.

When a blog post is published, am I able to edit any of the details?

When you publish a blog post to your website, you can update any of the details by finding the blog post and clicking the yellow edit button on your blog post listings.

If your blog post is on the Insurance Storefronts public blog listings, you will not be able to update any of the details. The reason for this is to make sure that when consumers are viewing a blog post, no nefarious actions are committed, such as changing to content that can be offensive to anyone.

However, if you find yourself wanting to edit a public blog post, please request this action, and we will be happy to help you make those updates or enable you to update the blog post.
