How can I add reviews to my profile?

You have three ways to bring reviews onto your profile from the Reviews page:

  • Add manually — click Create New Review to enter a single review (client name, star rating, and experience).
  • CSV import — upload a CSV of existing testimonials to bring over reviews you've collected elsewhere in bulk.
  • Connect Google Business Profile — search for your Google listing, click Connect, and we'll import your Google reviews automatically and keep them in sync going forward.

The Google connection is the easiest path if you already collect reviews on Google — no copy-paste, and new reviews show up on their own.

Is there a limit to how many reviews I can add?

No limit. Add as many real reviews as you have — manual, CSV-imported, or pulled in from Google Business. The more you display, the stronger the social proof.

Quality still matters more than volume. A handful of detailed 5-star reviews with the client's name and a real story converts better than dozens of one-line generic ones. You can also hide any individual review from your public profile without deleting it, so you control exactly what prospects see.

Are my clients able to leave reviews for me?

Yes. Anyone viewing your public marketing profile can click Leave a Review and submit a star rating plus written experience. They don't need an account — just a name.

Submitted reviews land in your Reviews dashboard with a Hidden status by default. Nothing publishes to your profile until you open the review, read it, and click to display it. That gives you a final say on what shows up.

Are client-submitted reviews displayed automatically?

No — client-submitted reviews come in as Hidden and need you to approve them before they appear on your public profile. This protects you from spam, mistaken identity, or anything inappropriate.

To approve one, open the Reviews page, click the review to read it, and use the green show icon to flip its status to Displayed. Google-imported reviews are different — once you've connected your Google Business listing, those sync automatically.
