The Thank You screen is the final step the consumer sees — the confirmation that their request was received and that you'll be in touch. It's small but important: it's the last impression the engine leaves.
On the engine's Thank You tab, open Template gallery and click the layout you want. The change saves automatically and shows in the live preview right away.
Under Customize style you get the same color and layout controls as the other steps — headline, background, button styling, body colors, border, and width.
You also get a dedicated Thank you message tab with a rich-text editor where you can write whatever closing message you want consumers to read.
Yes — there's a live preview on the right side of the Customize style screen. Style tweaks render instantly so you can confirm the result before saving.
Yes — when you click Save, the change is live for the published engine immediately. The next consumer who completes the funnel sees your updated Thank You.
Yes — strongly recommended. The default message works, but a personal note converts much better. Consumers who just shared their phone number expect a human, not a stock confirmation.
Use the Thank you message tab to drop in your name, your direct phone, a realistic callback window ("I'll reach out within 24 hours"), and a soft reassurance that they're under no obligation. That single tweak measurably reduces the "who was that?" hangups when you do call back.
