What happens on a strategy call?

A 30–45 minute video call (or phone, your preference) where we walk through your last 90 days of SEO performance, surface what's working and what isn't, and align on the next quarter's priorities — which lines to push, which geographies to expand into, which topics to cover on the blog.

Bring questions. The calls are useful in proportion to how much you engage.

How do I schedule a strategy call?

You'll get an email about two weeks before the end of each quarter with a Calendly-style link to pick a slot. If you miss the window or need to reschedule, just email support and we'll get you back on the calendar.

Who runs the call?

A member of our SEO team who's actively working on your account — not a sales rep, not a generic CSM. They have the data in front of them and can make changes during or right after the call.

Can I have more frequent check-ins?

The standard cadence is quarterly. If you want a monthly call instead, that's available as an add-on — contact support to set it up. For most agents the quarterly cadence is plenty because the monthly report does the heavy reporting lift in between.
