What is the App Request for a quote engine?

The App Request is the screen the consumer lands on after they pick a quote — it captures the contact info you need to follow up and write the policy. Name, email, phone, best time to call, and the specific carrier and plan they selected all flow through to your Leads dashboard.

This screen converts an anonymous shopper into an actionable lead. Keep it short — every extra field costs you submissions.

How do I select a new design for the App Request?

On the engine's App Request tab, open Template gallery and click the layout you want. The selection saves automatically.

Pick a design that visually matches your Quote Request — consistency across the funnel keeps consumers from bouncing because the styling suddenly changes.

What parts of the App Request can I customize?

Under Customize style you can change the headline text and color, headline background, button text and styling, body background, border color, body text color, and overall width — the same set of controls available on the other steps.

When customizing the App Request, can I see what it looks like?

Yes — the right side of the Customize style screen is a Live preview that updates as you type. You can dial in the exact look before you ever click Save.

Does customizing the App Request change the look of a published quote engine?

Yes — saving a change pushes it to the published engine immediately. The next consumer to reach the App Request step sees your new design with no further action from you.
